About AIESEC Simferopol
Local Committee AIESEC Simferopol is situated in the southern part of Ukraine - on the Crimean peninsula "The Pearl of the country". It was founded in 2005 and on 25th January we celebrate our Birthday! AIESEC Simferopol is aknowledged as highly potential and fast developing entity in Ukraine, whose members are most outgoing, generous and hospitable. Local Committee was awarded in nomination "The biggest contribution into AIESEC in Ukraine network at AutCo 2008"
At the moment we are working on 3 projects based on exchange and in January-February 2011 we are expecting about 20 international interns in our Local Committee:
On February, 11-15 AIESEC Simferopol will host the international conference MidCo (Middle Conference - for interns from all Ukraine), which will also include Global Village and Study Tour!
We are always glad to welcome you in our city, so let's learn about it more!

ALL ROADS LEAD TO SIMFEROPOL!
Simferopol is a capital of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and it's situated on the intersection of all main roads which lead to the most gorgeous and beautiful places.
Simferopol is the administrative, industrial and cultural centre of the Crimea. It is situated in the vast valley between the outer and inner ranges of the Crimean Mountains, on the banks of the Salgir River.
Population of the capital of Crimea is about 400,000 people. It is quite a small and quite a big city at the same time. You can easily walk to any part of it in 40-45 minutes.
Simferopol has a pretty large public transportation system, a big railway station, and an airport. You can get any point of Crimea from Simferopol. There is the trolleybus track (the longest in the World at more than 90 km) which goes from the airport to Yalta.
